В Санкт-Петербурге прошел Международный конгресс по безопасности дорожного движения. Основной темой дискуссий стала проблема управления автомобилем в состоянии алкогольного и наркотического опьянения. В работе Конгресса принимали участие руководители органов государственной власти, парламентарии, представители органов Госавтоинспекции и дорожной полиции. От Мурманской области на конгрессе присутствовал начальник областного управления ГИБДД Александр Глебов. Накануне он поделился с журналистами итогами своей поездки.
