Бьется тело в четыре стены,
бьется мозг в черепную коробку -
весь наш путь, безнадежно короткий,
на биенья мы обречены.
Если вдуматься - смысла здесь нет:
это просто звериная жажда
сохранения права за каждым
выбирать направленье и след,
Но представив, хотя бы сейчас,
разрешение наших томлений,
мы поймем, что в любом направленьи
уже двигался кто-то до нас.
И выходит, что выбор любой,
даже если ничто не мешает,
сам собой очень мало решает
и не ценен еще сам собой.
Значит суть заключается в том,
чтобы выбрав любое решенье,
не терзать свою веру сомненьем,
а стремиться вперед, чтоб потом
прорубившись сквозь косность и ложь,
сквозь сомнения, боль и усталость, -
убедиться: ступенька осталась,
и ее уже не уберешь.
И кому-то, кто вслед за тобой
пробежит там, где ты продирался,
она скажет: "Ведь тот не боялся,
так не бойся и ты, дорогой.

Вот ступенька. А раз она есть,
так не падай в тоске на колени -
ты прорубишь иные ступени..."
Как мне кажется, главное - здесь.
