«Жестокая Голактика» — фантастический рассказ, присланный на конкурс журнала «Страна Игр» в 2007 году. Один из обозревателей журнала под псевдонимом Глагол не поленился начитать рассказ и, снабдив его собственными язвительными комментариями, включить в диск, прилагающийся к номеру журнала. После этого некто перевел аудиоверсию вместе с комментариями в текст и забросил в сеть, где шедевр немедленно распространился по блогам и форумам. По некоторым деталям можно заключить, что автор чрезмерно увлекался игрой Space Rangers в ущерб изучению русского языка.
