Эстампи (estampie), или эстампида – средневековая инструментальная форма и танец из Прованса. Средневековые авторы упоминают о стантипе – возможно, латинизированном названии эстампиды. Каждая стантипа состояла из ряда «точек» (puncti): каждый punctum (точка) состоял из двух частей с одинаковыми началами (apertum) и разными завершениями (clausum). Дополнением к стантипе была дуктия (ductia), тоже состоявшая из «точек», под которую танцевали. Эстампи может считаться одним из главных танцев Средневековья.
