«...суперштормы (ураганы) представляют собой огромные (некоторые из них достигают размеров c крупные государства Европы, а то и нескольких) облачные образования, напоминающие спиралевидные галактики и подразделяются на пять категорий. Скорость ветра супершторма 5-й категории достигает 155 MPH (248 километров в час) и выше. Когда такой ураган обрушивается на побережье, он сметает всё на своём пути, обрушивая на землю десятки миллиардов тон воды, несомой облаками этого супершторма... В этом момент у меня возникла идея попытаться остановить этот супершторм. Стратегия была простая – выровнять уровни собственной мерности молекул атмосферы в районе действия супершторма. Наиболее простой путь осуществить это – вызвать одновременное (когерентное) излучение молекулами атмосферы тепловых фотонов в районе действия супершторма... После проведения работы, я отправился спать, а утром, первым делом включил телевизор и стал ждать новостей о супершторме Лили.
