Закройте глаза. Сложите ладони перед собой в позицию намасте и расположите их на уровне сердца. Начните вдыхать через нос и выдыхать через рот. Пусть рот остается полуоткрытым, ровно и свободно. Представьте себе, что внутри ваших ладоней заключено пространство вашего сердца, ощущая его закрытым и темным. Вообразите сейчас свое сердце как бутон. Через дыхание направьте свое внимание внутрь, с каждым вдохом позволяя себе все глубже проникать в сердце, которое на этой стадии ощущается сумрачным и безмолвным.
