во уме и желаньях без гордости,
со смиреньем и кроткой мольбой.
Чтоб я помнил, как в Вечной Обители
тихо ангелы славу поют
там, где мученики и святители
ясных помыслов Господу ждут.
Дай мне, Господи, время покаяться,
мир в душе и покой пронести,
и не стать ни Иудой, ни Каином,
чистым стать, как Евангельский стих.
Не постичь Твоего мне величия,
всех деяний Твоих не постичь.
Твоего не лиши отличия
и для будущей жизни прости.

clear thoughts await the Lord.
God give me time to repent
to bring peace in the soul and peace,
and become neither Judas nor Cain,
become clean like a gospel verse.
